As a Business Analyst at Fi, You Will:

  • Tackle complex, non-routine analytical challenges, utilizing advanced methods as needed.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making across various business functions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze metrics related to business, product growth, acquisition, retention, and operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong passion for analytics, finding it challenging, intellectually stimulating, and constantly demanding the expansion of your skills.
  • A solid foundation in first-principle thinking, with the ability to apply analytics to solve real-world business problems.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of maintaining clarity and coordinating effectively with diverse teams. A skilled storyteller who can connect the dots and convey key insights to stakeholders.
  • The ability to manage priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proficiency in one or more data programming languages (Python, R, SQL) with an interest in enhancing data visualization skills (Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView, D3.js).
  • A strong grasp of statistics, machine learning, and data science principles is a plus.
