Amazon WoW: Empowering Women in Engineering

Amazon WoW is a networking platform designed specifically for women engineering students across India, offering them a chance to connect with Amazon’s leaders, recruiters, and community. It provides valuable resources to support skill development, share career insights from Amazon alumni, and familiarize participants with Amazon's workplace culture. The platform aims to empower women to build long-term careers in technology.

What’s in it?
Women pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in engineering are invited to join. Throughout the year, Amazon WoW will conduct a variety of sessions focused on technology and leadership development. These will include interview preparation, tips for technical assessments, resume writing workshops, career path guidance, and opportunities to apply for roles at Amazon.

Who is eligible?
The platform is open to all women students currently enrolled in a four-year B.Tech/BE, two-year MCA, M.Tech/ME, or five-year Dual Degree program from engineering institutions across India.

Program Structure

  • Participants must register on the Amazon WoW portal.
  • The program will maintain ongoing engagement with participants through virtual events, with quarterly schedules published on the events page.
  • Each session has limited slots, which are filled via RSVP. Participants will need to register for live sessions, with recordings available afterward.
