UIUX-Software Engineer for Freshers

Position Summary

This role involves developing the next generation of our Integrated Workforce Management (IWM) applications using Java, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL technologies. You'll collaborate with top Engineers, Architects, Product Managers, and QAs to help define, design, and implement world-class SaaS solutions for customers.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop new features and functionalities using modern technologies.
  • Enhance existing features with improved user experience and more efficient implementations.
  • Work across all layers of the technology stack – from the web front end to the application server and database layer.
  • Collaborate with fellow engineers and actively participate in all technical discussions.
  • Work closely with product managers and quality assurance engineers to ensure timely product delivery.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Assist production support engineers in troubleshooting production issues.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a quick learner of new concepts and technologies.
  • Experience in programming with Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Proficient in computer science fundamentals such as data structures, algorithms, and operating systems.
  • Experience with MVC architecture, Spring framework, Apache, Tomcat, Hibernate/JPA, JUnit, and JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React.
  • Good knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.

Minimum Experience

  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • Open to hiring freshers who are eager to learn and solve problems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • B.S. or B.E. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
